Watertap.eu is operated by Crowntap Belgium, an official Quooker partner. Watertap.eu sells original Quooker systems and accessories. Watertap.eu is not the Quooker manufacturer; Quooker trademarks remain the property of Quooker.
All genuine Quooker products sold through Watertap.eu are covered by the full manufacturer warranty. As an official partner, we ensure every product you purchase is 100% genuine and backed by Quooker's warranty programme.
Warranty Period
- Quooker taps: 2 years from date of purchase
- COMBI/COMBI+ reservoirs: 2 years (5 years on tank — seals/filters excluded)
- PRO3 reservoir: 2 years (5 years on tank — seals/filters excluded)
- CUBE: 2 years
- Filters and consumables: No warranty (consumable items)
What Is Covered
The manufacturer warranty covers manufacturing defects. Warranty is handled through Quooker's official service network.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage from incorrect installation or use
- Normal wear and tear
- Filters, seals and consumable parts
- Installation costs
- Damage from water hardness, scale or water quality
How to Claim
- Contact us at info@watertap.eu with order number and issue description
- We assess your claim and coordinate through Quooker's network
- For Belgium customers, Crowntap assists with local warranty process
Returns vs Warranty
If your product is faulty or damaged on arrival, this is a warranty claim, not a return. Contact us immediately. See our Return Policy for more details.
