Watertap.eu is operated by Crowntap Belgium, an official Quooker partner. Watertap.eu sells original Quooker systems and accessories. Watertap.eu is not the Quooker manufacturer; Quooker trademarks remain the property of Quooker.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
As an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your product, without giving any reason.
When does the period start?
The 14-day withdrawal period starts the day you (or someone you nominate) physically receives the product. If you order multiple items delivered separately, the period starts from the day you receive the last item.
How to request a return
- Email info@watertap.eu with order number and reason
- We provide return instructions and return address
- Ship the product back — we recommend tracked shipping
Condition for return
- Products must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals and seals intact
- Because Quooker systems are technical kitchen products, returned items must be complete, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging unless a legal defect or warranty claim applies
- If the security seal or original packaging is opened or damaged, the product cannot be returned as a standard withdrawal — contact us to discuss
- Custom-ordered finishes and installed products are non-returnable

Who pays return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.
Refund timing
We refund the full order value (including standard shipping) within 14 days after we receive the returned product or proof of return shipment. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
Exceptions (non-returnable)
- Products with broken or removed security seals (hygiene/safety reasons)
- Installed or customised products
- Consumable items (filters, cartridges, CO₂ cylinders)
- Products damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse
Damaged delivery
If your product arrives damaged, do not refuse the delivery. Accept the package, note the damage on the delivery receipt, and contact us within 48 hours. This is a warranty claim, not a return.
Warranty vs Return
Returns are for change of mind (14-day withdrawal). If your product has a manufacturing defect, this falls under the manufacturer warranty. Do not return a defective product as a standard return — contact us first.
B2B Returns
Business customers: returns are subject to separate terms agreed at order. Contact sales@watertap.eu.
Defective products after installation
If a Quooker system develops a defect after installation, this is a warranty claim. Contact us. Do not uninstall without authorisation.
