Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Belgium via DHL Express Worldwide. No economy shipping — every order is tracked and insured.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

All rates are in EUR and include tracking & insurance. Transit times include processing & delivery.

Delivery

DHL Express delivers to your door. A signature may be required for high-value shipments. If you are not home, DHL will leave a delivery notice or attempt redelivery.

Electrical Compatibility

Quooker systems are designed for 230V / 50Hz electrical systems (EU standard). For 100–120V / 60Hz destinations, the product is not electrically compatible and customers purchase at their own risk.

Customs & Import Duties

For destinations outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. Watertap.eu is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@watertap.eu with photos of the packaging and damage.
