What the Quooker Warranty Covers
Every new Quooker system purchased from Watertap.eu comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. This covers defects in materials and workmanship for the tap, reservoir, and electronic components.
What's Not Covered
The warranty does not cover: damage from improper installation, use of non-approved cleaning products, hard water scaling (without using a Quooker-approved descaling solution), accidental damage, or normal wear and tear on consumable parts (filters, CO₂ cylinders).
How to Claim
If you experience an issue: 1) Check our product manuals for troubleshooting. 2) Contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue. 3) If a replacement part is needed, we'll arrange shipping directly to your address.
Registration
Your warranty is automatically registered when you purchase from Watertap.eu. Keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
Long-Term Care
With proper maintenance (regular descaling, filter replacement every 6-12 months), a Quooker system typically lasts 10-15 years. The reservoir can be serviced or replaced separately if needed. See our maintenance guide.
