1. General

These terms govern all orders placed on Watertap.eu. Watertap.eu is operated by Crowntap (Klapdorp 38, 2000 Antwerpen, Belgium).

2. Products

All products sold on Watertap.eu are original Quooker products, sourced from official channels. Product descriptions are based on manufacturer specifications.

3. Pricing and VAT

All prices displayed include VAT / tax where applicable. Watertap.eu does not offer VAT-exempt checkout or automatic reverse-charge processing through the webshop. Business customers can receive a VAT invoice upon request. Non-EU orders may be subject to import duties.

4. Orders and Payment

Payment is processed at checkout. Available: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer.

5. Shipping

Shipped from Belgium via DHL Express. CO₂ cylinders are restricted to selected EU countries due to ADR dangerous goods regulations.

6. Right of Withdrawal

EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right. Contact us before returning. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
