Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Quooker system. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 14 days of placing it, provided the order has not yet shipped. Once shipped, the standard return policy below applies.

Returns — 14 Days

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
  • ⚠️ If the factory seal or packaging seal has been broken, the product cannot be returned.
  • All parts, manuals, and accessories must be included.
  • The product must be in resalable condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@watertap.eu with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.

Manufacturer Warranty

All Quooker products carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers repair or replacement of faulty parts but does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Installation errors
  • Damage from improper use or maintenance
  • Water quality-related issues (calcification, etc.)
