Watertap.eu is operated by Crowntap Belgium, an official Quooker partner. Watertap.eu sells original Quooker systems and accessories. Watertap.eu is not the Quooker manufacturer; Quooker trademarks remain the property of Quooker.

Seller of Record
The seller of record for all orders placed on Watertap.eu is Crowntap Belgium. All invoices are issued by Crowntap Belgium.
Prices and VAT
All prices on Watertap.eu are shown inclusive of VAT. The applicable VAT rate is calculated based on your delivery country. Business customers receive a VAT invoice for tax reclaim purposes.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
As an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your product, without giving any reason. See our Return Policy for full terms, conditions and exceptions.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via DHL Express from our warehouse in Belgium. Shipping rates and delivery times are listed on our Shipping Policy page and at checkout.
Warranty

Watertap.eu and Crowntap Belgium are not liable for damages resulting from incorrect installation, improper use, or failure to follow Quooker's installation and safety instructions.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
