Yes. Watertap.eu is an Official Quooker Partner platform, operated by Crowntap in Belgium. We sell original Quooker products — taps, reservoirs, CUBE systems, filters and accessories.

Which Quooker reservoir do I need?

• PRO3 — boiling water only. Choose this if you only need boiling water from your Quooker tap.
• COMBI — boiling water and instant hot water. Choose this if you do NOT have a hot-water connection under your sink but want instant hot water too.
• COMBI+ — boiling water and warm water comfort. Choose this if you HAVE a hot-water connection under your sink. The preheated water flows automatically, saving energy and giving you warm water instantly.

Is CUBE compatible with my Quooker system?

CUBE is compatible with most Quooker systems. Check our CUBE Compatibility Guide for full details. You need a compatible tap with a third lever or button for chilled and sparkling water.

What is included in the box?

Each Quooker system includes the tap, reservoir, all required connection hoses and fittings, and the installation manual. CUBE systems include the CUBE unit, connection kit and filter. Accessories are sold separately unless stated.

Pricing & VAT

Are prices shown including VAT?

Yes. All prices on Watertap.eu are shown inclusive of VAT. The VAT rate depends on your delivery country.

Can businesses buy without VAT?

No. Watertap.eu does not offer VAT-exempt checkout. All orders are charged with applicable VAT. Business customers receive a VAT invoice that can be used for reclaim.

Do you offer B2B pricing?

For installers, trade partners and business customers, please contact us with your company details and VAT number for volume pricing.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship to my country?

Watertap.eu ships to EU countries and selected international destinations via DHL Express. Select your country at checkout to see shipping options and costs.

What are the shipping costs?

• BE / NL / LU: €50 DHL Express (3–5 business days)
• FR / DE: €75 DHL Express (5–8 business days)
• Other countries: €100 DHL Express (5–8 business days)

Free shipping is available with coupon codes during promotional periods.

Can I pick up my order in Belgium?

Yes. If you are in Belgium, you can arrange pickup from Crowntap in Belgium. Contact us via the Belgium by Crowntap route for pickup details.

Installation

Is installation included?

No. Installation is not included in the product price. For customers in Belgium, Crowntap can arrange professional installation. Contact us for a quote. For other countries, we recommend a local certified installer.

What do I need for installation?

See our Installation Guide for preparation requirements. You will need a qualified professional to install your Quooker system. Watertap.eu is not responsible for installation.

Warranty & Returns

How does the warranty work?

All Quooker products carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. See our full Warranty page for terms and claim process.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return unopened products. See our Return Policy for the full process and conditions.

Watertap.eu does not sell Quooker CO₂ cylinders. CO₂ cylinders are ordered directly through Quooker or the official Quooker channel in your country.

Which Quooker tap is right for me?

The right Quooker tap depends on your kitchen style and needs. What is the difference between COMBI, COMBI+ and PRO3 reservoirs?

The COMBI reservoir (3L) is ideal for 1-2 person households, delivering approximately 30 cups of boiling water per hour. The COMBI+ reservoir (7L) is perfect for families, with 60+ cups per hour. The PRO3 reservoir (10L) is commercial-grade — up to 80 cups per hour, ideal for professional kitchens or large families. All reservoirs work with any Quooker tap.

Can I add sparkling water to my Quooker system?

Yes — the Quooker CUBE adds filtered chilled still and sparkling water to any Quooker boiling water tap. This creates a 4-in-1 kitchen experience: boiling, hot, cold, and sparkling water from one tap. Learn more in our CUBE Explained guide.

Which finish should I choose?

Quooker taps are available in: Chrome (classic, easy to clean), Stainless Steel (modern, durable), Matt Black (contemporary), Brushed Brass (warm character), Brushed Copper (trendy), Gold (luxurious), and Gunmetal (dark sophistication). Installation & Setup

Can I install a Quooker system myself?

Basic installation is possible for competent DIYers with plumbing experience. However, we strongly recommend professional installation by a certified plumber — especially for CUBE systems that require a CO2 connection. See our Installation Guide for requirements and the Installers & Trade page for certified installers.

What space is needed under my sink?

Quooker reservoirs require approximately: COMBI — 30cm wide x 35cm tall, COMBI+ — 35cm wide x 45cm tall, PRO3 — 35cm wide x 55cm tall. The CUBE module adds 15cm width. A standard 35mm tap hole is required for the tap itself — most modern sinks already have this.

Do I need a filter for my Quooker?

The Quooker AC+HF Filter Cartridge is required for COMBI+ and CUBE systems. It removes impurities, protects against scale buildup, and ensures optimal water quality. Replace every 6-12 months depending on water hardness. See our Filter Guide for step-by-step replacement instructions.

What is your return policy?

Warranty & Support

What warranty comes with Quooker products?

All genuine Quooker products come with full manufacturer warranty: 2 years on taps and reservoirs, 5 years on the COMBI+ and PRO3 reservoir tank (excluding seals and filters). Registration may be required. See our Warranty page for full terms and conditions.

What is the energy consumption of a Quooker system?

Quooker reservoirs are highly energy-efficient — the COMBI+ uses approximately 3-5 kWh per day (similar to an energy-saving lightbulb), thanks to superior insulation. The vacuum-insulated reservoir keeps water hot for hours without reheating. Energy consumption varies by usage and household size.
