Shipping Information
Watertap.eu ships via DHL Express for eligible destinations from Belgium. All shipments are tracked, insured and delivered door-to-door.
Delivery Zones and Rates
- Zone 1 — Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg: €50 DHL Express, 3-5 business days
- Zone 2 — France, Germany: €75 DHL Express, 5-8 business days
- Zone 3 — All other European countries: €100 DHL Express, 5-8 business days
- Outside Europe: Contact us for a shipping quote — email info@watertap.eu with your destination and desired products
Shipping Information
- All orders include tracking and insurance
- Delivery times are estimates from dispatch, not from order date
- Customs duties and import taxes for non-EU destinations are the buyer's responsibility — see our VAT & Import Duties page
- We ship from Monday to Friday — orders placed after 14:00 CET may ship the next business day
