Watertap.eu is operated by Crowntap Belgium, an official Quooker partner. Watertap.eu sells original Quooker systems and accessories. Watertap.eu is not the Quooker manufacturer; Quooker trademarks remain the property of Quooker.

Shipping carrier
All orders are shipped via DHL Express from our warehouse in Belgium. We only use DHL Express for speed, reliability, and real-time tracking on every order.

Free shipping is only available with coupon codes (e.g. GRATIS-VERZENDING). No automatic free shipping thresholds apply to regular orders.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Each Quooker system undergoes an expert configuration check before shipping. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
International customs & duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These are the responsibility of the buyer. See our VAT & Import Duties page for details.
Shipping restrictions by product
- Quooker systems and CUBE: 230V/50Hz electrical specification — compatible with EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland, and selected international destinations. Not compatible with 120V/60Hz countries (USA, Canada, Japan, Taiwan).
- Accessories (soap pumps, parts, filters, extension sets): Worldwide shipping available via DHL Express.
- CO₂ cylinders: Watertap.eu does not sell Quooker CO₂ cylinders. CO₂ cylinders are ordered directly through Quooker or the official Quooker channel in your country.
Order tracking
All DHL Express shipments include real-time tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
