Manufacturer Garantie

All Quooker products sold by Watertap.eu carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty is provided by Quooker International B.V., the official manufacturer.

What is covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• Functional defects that occur under normal use
• Replacement or repair of the defective product

Registration

We recommend registering your Quooker product in My Quooker after purchase for full warranty benefits and service support.

What is not covered

• Damage caused by incorrect installation
• Damage from water quality issues (hard water scale, debris)
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage after installation
• Damage from improper use or unauthorized modifications

How to claim

Contact us at info@watertap.eu with your order number and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the warranty process with Quooker International.

Legal Conformity

In addition to the manufacturer warranty, EU consumers have legal rights under EU Directive 2019/771 (Consumer Sales and Guarantees Directive), which provides a minimum 2-year legal guarantee.
